What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking free of charge at least 24 hours before the booked time. For refunds, you have several options: credits in the Racket ID app, which you can use for other bookings, paddle rentals or products from the bar and shop, or your money back through the original payment method, minus processing fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, and no-shows are charged in full.In case of bad weather, you can call us directly to cancel your booking, regardless of the time frame.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, payment is made in full online, at the time of booking, through the Racket ID app.
Are rackets and balls included?
Court rental does not automatically include equipment. Adidas paddles can be rented at the reception for 10 RON per session. New balls can also be purchased at the reception for a perfect bounce.
How do I make a booking?
You can book directly on the website by clicking the "Book Now" button, through the Racket ID platform. Choose the date, time and court you want, then complete the payment online. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment is processed.
Can I book without an account?
Yes, you can book without an account, but we need at least your name and a phone number or email to confirm the booking. If you create an account and download the Racket ID app, you get access to more benefits: booking history, credits, notifications and faster management of your upcoming matches.
How do I get to the club / where can I park?
We are located at Strada Ovidiu Cotruș nr. 1, Freidorf, Timișoara (see on map). Parking is free and available for all members and guests, in front of the FIBO car wash.
Do you have indoor courts?
Currently all 4 courts are outdoor. Starting October 2026, the courts will be covered, so you can play all year round regardless of the weather.
